How do we choose the products in the box?

We create your box with products chosen to accompany each season’s traditional well-being rituals, so you can enjoy them month after month. These choices are not medical treatments.

*For example, our winter boxes contain products traditionally associated with comfort during the winter, when colds, cold weather and excessive heating are common. They do not treat colds or other illnesses.

 

Which box will I receive?

You can subscribe to the box from the 4th of the previous month until the 3rd of the current month.

For example, for the December box you can subscribe from 4 November to 3 December.

Your box is then prepared with care by our logistics team and delivered to you within a few days, depending on the carrier.

When you subscribe to the box, payment for your first box is taken when your order is confirmed. You will then be charged automatically on the 1st of each month for subsequent boxes.

When is my account charged for the monthly subscription?

Your account is charged for the first time on the day you subscribe, for the current month, then on the 1st of each month for subsequent months.

Can I return the box or get a refund?

You can return your box within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping costs for orders sent within and outside mainland France are your responsibility. The procedure is described in articles 14 and 15 of our Terms of Sale.

How do I unsubscribe?

To unsubscribe, simply go to the My account tab (top right), then click “Subscriptions” -> “Cancel my subscription”.
